Voltaire, a couple of questions for you

When you refer to the "time capsule", can you elaborate on what it means--or refer me to a previous post that describes the concept?

Also, while I agree that the houses have a vested interest in keeping this market collapsing, what is it that makes you feel that we are at that point now -- as opposed to going down another 10% or 20% for that matter. In other words, what is critical about the levels that we are at that would cause the recovery effort to get under way here as opposed to it occurring at a lower level?
