You could place a Trading Inquiry, but they will deny it.
I had funds in my account, sent message to verify same as
those funds were electonically transferred, was assured
that funds had been received and posted and were available
for trading. Attempted to make Limit Buys on Tuesday of
last week with those funds. All orders were rejected to "Insufficient Funds". I lost a lot of $$$. Trading
Inquirys were rejected, and I'm pissed !!!
