I was always extremely pleasant, exchanged much email and calls with Customer Service, was always promised that a Supervisor would call back-- never called and I can't reach him--His name is Troy Sounds like your experiences. Disclosure-- I hold Several-K shares of E*Trade. I'm beginning to have doubts
