Off Topic: I will not go into the details because it is a long story.
I am not pleased at all with Priceline.com. We had a huge mix up on our tickets for Vegas and Priceline.com made several promises to me over the phone which they never fulfilled. I finally had to call my credit card company and get the charge taken off my credit card. Simply put, they tried to make me pay for tickets which I never used and also returned to them via Fed X. They would not even return my calls when I told them that this must be taken off my Credit card ASAP. Several e-mails went unresponded to as well.
I have a Citi Bank Platinum card and they were nice to me and told me that they would handle it all and I would not be charged for a service which I never received.

I don't like to be messed with and I told Priceline.com this on the phone.
I will never use their service again and I told them that I would tell all my friends of how they did not deal with me in a fair and honest way.
