Read this on the Tiger Funds saga:

Then consider this scenario: If the big players are scensing that change is about to happen, wouldn't that explain the recent big increases in volumn at SSRI and the volumn spike a few weeks ago at SSC. Could it be that the smart money is moving into silver? Read (Butler maybe?) somewhere that the "traders in the pits" are rumouring about "very astute investors" taking large positions in silver. Get your seats on the silver rocket ship! Just picked up more SSRI (thank you Jims101 for the recommend) at 1 1/4. SSRI has about 10-13 oz of silver per share. Isn't that the best in the silvers? Am holding my SSC and will buy more SSRI (SSO.V) at 1 1/4. Hope it gets there before taking off. Au revoir

SSRI will be bought

There are no weakening technicals, just one buyer trying to accumulate as much as possible. Notice with all the buying that's going on no-one is chasing it, yet at the same time you couldn't break through 1 3/8 with a jackhammer. Totally smells like a buyout. Likely bidder is Apex (SIL), run by the Soros brothers, as they have a big project right next to SSRI's in Bolivia and is known to be on the prowl. I wouldn't expect much more of a wait. ID

re SSRI....and probably right....buyer hasn't chased and instead has let the volume come in.
Public then is selling on the higher relative price, having given up on Silver????

Interesting, indeed.

Probably be stoking back up on weakness associated with Silver and Gold's option expiration and the manipulation that will come along with the release of CPI etc.....of course two days away is Friday.....optomal time for a down side of a turn.

Please keep us informed as to what you see"
