Bob, note that the ZIXI investor group got in at an avg of 50% of the then current market price (counting the Cook options) PLUS warrants to buy more at just over market price. They would double their money if the price stayed flat and much more with any increase. Break even if it dropped by 50%. Should tell everyone that either the current longs are being ripped or at least that the downside risk is large.

I am holding my short. No matter who invests, I still claim that ZIXI must produce revenue to justify its valuation.
