This rise is rather amazing. Perhaps some large holders moved their shares out of margin accounts to coincide with the H&Q conference? Anybody who is still short has got to be really squealing now! In my trading account I moved some money out of WIND and into QCOM over the past few days. Looks like I was a tad early, but it could still turn out OK. Still long on WIND in my investment account, of course.
