Absolutely, any company that reports earnings including sales of stocks but excludes one time costs, such as purchase price of said stocks; should be brought to task for using accounting tricks. If you want to include the profits, include the costs associated with those profits. Thats why Intel shows a eps of 61 4q-99 on SI. not 69 reported in CC.
