Just checked the CBOE PC ratios for today: Equity .58 Index 1.83 Combined .70 This is very bullish. Lows are often signaled when the PC ratios go up into a up market coming off a low. Combine that with the extraordinary .16 PC premium ratio yesterday and I'd say we have a low put in place for the NDX at this morning's low. If these ratios hold in this range into the close , the strong stocks should move rapidly. Most of my semi stocks (CY, IDTI, ATML,LSCC)have held up around 20-25% higher than their spike lows of Tuesday last week, which was already giving me much encouragement that a low was successfully being tested yesterday and this morning. I wish today's put buyers well. This market is so fragmented by industry group that everybody can find a way to make money,whether bullish or bearish.
