At the risk of sounding like I'm gloating: I told you so (re today's price movement). NEVER underestimate the power of options to keep a stock price depressed. The big boys always ensure they make money on options, otherwise options wouldn't exist. Steve, The big boys are keeping prices down so that their people can get in. The earnings report indicated that AMD is on a sustainable roll and that its safe to enter. They had to do their upgrades today or they would look seriously stupid if they did not act on AMD's over the top report. So they have to buy some time. ted
