bruce..urmd is getting ready to launch a marketing campaign aimed at educating consumers. i agree with you, they should be talking to docs like you. anyway, there logic is to have consumers ask there docs similar to claritin strategy. another point; at the present time, patients are not reimbursed by insurance, medicare or medicaid for urmd's product. as i am sure you know, patients are not used to paying for a prescribed product. this is one of the main reasons sales were off from estimates (one use per day vs. predicted two-a-day). they still have about a buck per share in cash ($90 million) and two more products to market. for those with a long-term view, it looks attractive at current prices. also, theyare aggressively working to remedy the reimburesement problem. hope this helps.
