Well, indirectly assuming the capacity they are adding is specifically for NTRG's chips or chips that include licensed NTRG software. It does show that ST and Philips are attempting to stay ahead of the curve with this pilot R&D fab plant and it's good to be partnered with companies that are trying to be leaders, not followers.
