"IF the market rebounds....." I agree with your comment. Right now potential purchasers have to feel that there actually is a floor to the house that they are proposing to enter, that will not cave in on them if they walk on it...... There also needs to be a lot more leadership in the tech section like AMD's report of yesterday... So far, that hasn't really yet been established,either for FFIV or the Nasdaq altogether, it seems. While I hope it happens soon, it will occur when the market is ready and not before. Best wishes, Jim
