No. I disagree. (Respectfully of course.) Right from wrong is an acquired concept; it is taught.
The illusion that right and wrong are innate concepts is supported by our having learned them so early that we don't remember our premoral babyhood.
Language is similar. Do you have memories before language? I do, but I find it remarkable that those very early memories carry a "label" in language. Memory is plastic.

Humans have a set of instincts that can be trained and shaped into a very broad set of mores. It's possible to take people and teach them into accepting mutually contradictory mores. War is a common result.
