Mel. Its a reverse IPO, they get in on a listed company with out all the paper work and waiting time that goes along with filing with the SEC. GTGO USA will get them away from the Hong Kong mgmt team that has done nothing to help shareholders. It will also take away the high risk profile of a foreign investment. I think the move is great for us if it goes through. I like the fact that they have a high profile team to manage the spin off and it looks like they could raise alot more money if they needed to. I guess the offering was oversold in a couple of weeks, thats a positive for us. From what I hear Judas Klausner is a pretty powerful guy in the electronics industry and when he talks people listen, another positive for us. We just might have a big winner after waiting years for a return on a POS company. Then again maybe not! JMO, Joe
