Howard Stern talked about non-earning Internet stocks this morning. He mentioned that market downturn and "Internet stocks that haven't earned 5 cents" were bombing as people finally found out they had no prospects of making any real earnings. They described XLA to a T. No profits on XLA's balance sheets have been reflected on their balance sheets. And I can bet everyone here that they won't post a penny on their balance sheets in the next 5 years! If they do, I'll run naked through Central Park. People seem to only be excited about the stock price and not the product. What a classic bubble. XLA's main interest Mirror Image is competing against a competitor that sells to Road Runner. Road Runner = Time Warner = America Online. Good luck, you're gonna need it.

Cheers,

PS. I have no shares in this stock nor am I shorting. Just being a friendly Samaritan. =)
