I2, The NAZ is still looking for a bottom -

It could find one next week or it could find one next year. Who knows. All I know is that I miss read the OTC indicators a few weeks ago and got a shave and luckily avoided a whiffle!

I think that your PB telecom fund is finally underwater for the year. Hopefully, you will be able to reenter at lower prices when the time comes.

NYSE stuff seems to be holding up pretty good. P&F indicators are positive but NOBODY in P&F land has ever seen such divergence between the NYSE & OTC before so we are somewhat in uncharted waters.

Justa - I did ask Tom Dorsey on the DWA thread if he had ever seen such divergence and he said no.

IMO, the markets page in Investors Business Daily is the best place to spot the market bottoms. Everyone seems to agree that bottoms are a lot easier to spot than tops.
You guys know the drill - look for a spike in the p/c ratio on a heavy down day, retest lows on smaller volume,
get a good up day followed by another good up day 4 to 7 days later on big volume. Watch some leaders break out (nice try AMAT).

Good luck, Dick
