Oil firms sued over MTBE Water well owners in 16 states say oil firms knew about chemical's dangers cnnfn.com This has been discussed before. It's a minor issue imho, but I still find it interesting. OT - No bounce in techs yet. CSCO closed at the lows. I'm starting to agree with BigBull, but I'm not ready to go 70% cash. I may go up to 10-20%, but no more. The DOW is going down partly because it added tech components recently. Overall the oil sector has held up well.
