I would think that JEDEC has some sort of records noting the progress of technology. As someone posted, RMBS pertinent patents have a history of amendments that are coincident in time with RMBS JEDEC participation. I would think someone could compare the two. If there is correlation that could indicate a weakness in RMBS' case. One would assume Hitachi's lawyers have reviewed those records and that has led them to specify that defense. Rich
