No they didn't ! Case Closed ! Everything that maniac Penfield Jackson has come up with, will be overturned on appeal ! Nothing MSFT did was illegal ! 1-link browser to OS ... Big deal ! 2- sweetheart deals to business allies, why not ? Do you want the governement to regulate business partnerships now ? 3- threaten competitors with , god forbid, competition ? Wow, what a novel concept ! 4- MSFT harmed competitors.. I say ... Good ! That's illegal now ? 5- no wonder sentiment in the market changed ! The government is overreaching to apply antitrust law to MSFT's actions! Anyway, that's it. I have my opinion, you have yours... But we are both $ 30 less on on SUN stock since that decision !
