I bought privately into a small, modestly profitable company that decided with good reason to take its business onto the internet as a dot-com. I watched with amazement as its private value on paper grew astronomically. Its IPO target date is July. I'm afraid the IPO market for B2B internet cos. may be played out by then.

I'd like to hedge that risk by shorting internet companies with inflated prices, preferably recent IPO's, preferably B2B companies. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
