PAIR management pulled it out-
The earnings statement clearly states that there are no performance objectives remaining for the the ADCT merger. The stock price filled in the arbitrage gap today. It's as if someone knew (i.e. had a gut feeling) that PAIR could pull it off. Congrats to the PAIR team.
