I'd submit to you that in your phrase regarding clarification of language lies a grey area that may allow the defense some legs. Your indicating that your expertise leads you to believe that the defense is indefensible. It's difficult to understand why Hitachi would run with an obviously false charge. The defense would need at least some merit in order to even be used as an attrition strategy. I think it would still be illuminating to review JEDEC records coincident with RMBS' patent "clarifications". RMBS may very well win this case, but indicating the case is completely in the bag is not a correct position. Rich
