Unless you got screwed on your price for shares the ipo will almost always price higher than want the private investors paid. Who know, market sentiment on b2b could change drastically between now and then. Any underwriter worth a dime won't bring an issue public in an unfavorable market climate. To Jim- I was referring to Naz as in Nasdaq.
