Rut Ro. Now don't get all testy but . . .
IE5.0 has an bar called Address (I'm lookin' at it)

and Communicator gots uh Netsite thingie. (I'm lookin' at it too (vertical tiled 19" ViewSonic & two browsers up)

Only place I can find a "Location:" bar is when I click on Help (whilst in Communicator) to figure out what Netscape version I'm lookin' at.

My memory's tooooo short. Does Navigator have the Location bar? Nope, it sez Netsite, tooo.

Where's the dadgummed Location bar?
