2 things grantsi-
1-the price fell before the announcement, and rose after, so you're argument doesn't make any sense. That said, I doubt bre-x had much to do with today at all. We had several up days with no news (but anticipation of it). The history observers would note the striking similarity to the action of March 12th, during the last run, when we fell from an opening of .27 to a low of .21 before rebounding to close 2 cents off the low at .23. After that day, the same history observers remember, we ran strongly to the mid 30s.
2-No, none of us KNOWS when lfoc will open. If anyone truly knew this information, which is not public, it would be illegal for them to share it or trade upon it. We can only guess based on the mood of others, the mood of the market, the timing suggested by management and Dave, etc. We just have to wait. Those who can't wait and expected this last weekend to be the announcement got out today. Now those who can wait can ride it back up.
