great to hear you had a very positive experience....maybe you could email them.....I walk through HD once per week just to check out my investment....I have noticed a marked improvement in their service even on busy days (which is quite often)....the Motley Fool likes HD much better than Lowe's....says their financials are much stronger AND improving all the time PLUS they are the 800 pound Gorilla to contend with !!! Welcome Aboard !! btw, HD is a lot easier to understand than them there techs. g
