Steven, come on now. You are sitting over there in Subic Bay without getting all the information you need to make that kind of statement. Actually, Bush did get the case from the review commission, reviewed the original case, and all of the many appeals, and publicly stated that he could find no discrepancies that convinced him to issue a stay of execution. He is not afraid of making decisions regardless of the political implications. The TV news reports showed tape of Bush saying the very words about the case so, there is no doubt about his position, and subsequent decision. ~H~
