This stock GMST--did somebody feed it cyanide? Just out of curiosity, do you have any tech stocks that wouldn't have been great shorts over the last two weeks? How 'bout GE? Oh, you meant a real tech stock; not a finance outfit masquerading as an industrial and cooking its books to produce a mirage of steady low-double-digit earnings growth. [re: GMST] I bought my shares on 9/30/99 at 17 13/16 According to Yahoo and Esignal, the 52-wk low is 20 7/8, but maybe they got mixed up by the split. GMST is a good argument against using calls as an "investment". Actually, the past few weeks in general are such an argument. I'm only glad I didn't know about that argument last year.
