"In cuba both Elian and his father are property of the state." In the US they are the property of Little Havana, not a huge improvement in the eyes of many. Actually the whole country is now at the mercy of a lynch mob mentality, one that has willfully chosen to put their political agenda ahead of the welfare of a six year old kid. The rhetoric is enough to gag a pig farmer.
