By September, we will remember, with fondness, how few the daily posts, that were made on this thread in April.
I'd like to take this time to state my position.
Yes, it's been a terrible month for everyone. But as we (for the most part) hold fine companies, they just aren't going to disappear, which can't be said of everyone's investments. And as they'll be around, and growing at rates of 30+% a year, they will not only be in the tech forefront, but their competition for investment dollars will be that much less. For who'll be in the mood by then to invest in Dr. Koop, part II?
As for when we'll be back to our old highs, I'd say Labor Day seems about right.
Just don't sell a great company, don't use margin, and always invest in tech infrastructure.
So much for the problem of thread bloat.
