home traders seeing the dies irae and without much eclat are getting out. A little irritating to watch, isn't it... not because the price is down but because you know those poor sellers are taking the final screw... they are selling at a price that is less than the auction value of the company. After the MM's absorb this panic, they'll dangle those same shares over the heads of those same sellers... that is, unless those sellers swore never to touch the stock again. If you sold today, you would probably be so disgusted that you wouldn't touch it again until it reached 70... maybe 80. Market history repeats itself over and over again... never fails to amaze me.
