I got the same speech. I wasn't worried about dilution. I know they
financed the difference via a loan, I'm just wondering about the repatriation
of the loan with interest. I have to believe that these guys know something,
and are buying the stock at a low price before Remune explodes onto the
scene.

My guess is that they don't want to carry this debt forward a year or two
and timed it just right. Since Remune is coming to market in a year or so,
the rumors may be true that Remune is closer to market than we think.
