Totally OT: "it seems like we're dialoging in stereo again"
You betcha Frank, time to turn up that echo cancellation gear, though I'm not quite inclined toward silence suppression just yet.
The following is directed at no one in particular: Re: TERN - I read through the Lerach brief and it seems really weak. Sure, the Rakibs and their pals sold a bunch of stock, but so does Henry Nicholas, so what? The company is increasing revenues at a terrific clip. Even if the SAB-101 causes a restatement, this company is still doing pretty good business. I don't think one confidential cease & desist order ought to be the basis of the suit. But apparently it is. Is the company pretty slippery the way that Pat would have us believe? Is TERN a terribly speculative bet? You betcha. But so are a ton of others.
Re: Terrrorbeam - Frank, let me respond to your LMT comments here, for no good reason. All I can say is, there you go again. What is it with this reality thing with you? Huh, can't you dream of the possibilities, get over the details and let your mind go free? No? The last guy I know who used the "let your mind go free" line was a furniture showroom manager I knew down in San Francisco who had lost his owner's 3/4MM by the time they let him go free.... I am shocked, shocked that Rich McGinn and Amadon would think of a way to double dip the IPO market. Have they no decency? Have they no product? If I listen to you, my mentor, I would begin to think so. <sardonic gg>
