The simplest way is to look for Internet companies on the NASDAQ new 52-week low list every day. Those companies tend to keep going down.

Be careful shorting some of the ex-high flyers. They have sold off heavily and could snap back quickly in a whipsaw rebound.

I have been shorting the dot.com garbage lately and offsetting some of my long setbacks. Kept me in a net profit for the year.
