Tough week for PEC Solutions as we stagger through the wreckage of the IPO market. First they decrease their shares to be offered in the IPO to 5 million from 7 million and decrease the estimated price range to $10-12, postpone their pricing for a day, and get downgraded by Red Herring's IPO poll to a mere "mild" (probably because of the postponements and decreases). Now they've postponed the whole thing until April 17. I posted some thoughts on PECS at: Message 13382844
