What's this all about? From the 10K:

WE ARE EXPLORING IMPLEMENTING AN ACQUISITION STRATEGY WITH WHICH WE HAVE NO EXPERIENCE

We are exploring a growth strategy that could include acquisitions of companies involved in related businesses including e-commerce and the Internet. We may not identify appropriate targets and we may not consummate any transactions. Any growth may result in significant dilution to our existing stockholders by the issuance of equity-based securities. Any acquisitions would place substantial demands on our management, working capital and financial and management control systems. Success of any future expansion plans will depend in part upon our ability to integrate the new business segments and to continue to improve and expand management and financial control systems and to attract, retain and motivate personnel equipped to manage corporate changes. We cannot be sure that we will successfully manage these risks. If we fail to adequately manage the growth of the business, it could have a severe negative impact on our financial results and stock price.

Who/what would be of acquiring interest to us???? They obviously must be private...whoever they are....cause if they are public...especially if they are an internet company...there is no way we can afford them with our market cap...or 20 times that market cap. What do we need...or could use? We don't have algorithms...we license them...but to my knowledge there is no generic algo available that works with all scanners...nor will there be for a while. That and there is no assurance company's will sell their hardware without an agreement that we use their algo...so I doubt a algo company purchase.

Now then...digital certificates? I dunno...but like I said...I think these are out of our range in terms of what we can afford...

So internet something...wonder what. I am far from a tech guy...so I have no idea what we could use internet wise...so I am lost here.

What do you guys think?

Regards,
Bob

P.S. Interestingly, future versions of SAFtyLatch will be able to use the SAFsite thing for internet transactions built in....
