As an investor, is CMRC overvalued or not???

Ah, yes?

If they're depending on software sales and licensing things look shakey. The previous poster declared that there is no such thing as free fuel, even if you give it away for nothing. He reasons that the automobile cost money, so free fuel isn't really free. Likewise, free clothing wouldn't be free because you would have to wash it. That's the argument Microsoft uses to spread FUD regarding Linux. It's a stupid argument.

If you buy Windows NT you get nothing but the box and a CD. You are still faced with deployment, integration and support costs. If Microsoft, Oracle or IBM provide you with the software at no charge for B2B, you are better off since they can also provide the setup and support. Secondly, it's clear that systems can support software that do not need an intermediary to conduct B2B. Finally, external support is still very much a requirement when using CMRC or any of the portals. That's what a recent CMRC press release was all about -- see XML

Now, providing a portal with per-transaction charges does have potential as Datek or EBay will tell you. CMRC seems, at least by all accounts, to be a stand-up company with a lot of momentum in this market space. Seems to me they are bound and determined to succeed and that if success if out there for the taking in this market they're going to take it. So maybe a wait-and-see approach would be best. I would bet tails right here and heads when it falls below, say, twenty dollars.
