Jay,

As long as KLAC chooses to practice Selective Disclosure, I'd take that as a strong incentive for retail investors to boycott the stock.

With all the other risks, why play on an unfair, not level playing field?

There are so many good companies which show much more respect for their shareholders than this management which seems to be telling the individual investor to get stuffed.
