Explain? If the CPI # came out when tech was at 4500 or 5000 it would cause such panic selling that the market would be completely off-kilter and endangered. Lowering it via 3 smaller panics means much of the CPI woe is priced in already, as well as most of the next interest point rise. The bad news is over; earnings season will restore us for a bit, then a brief dip going into next FOMC mtg.
