I have been following this stock for some time now as well as the opinions expressed by certain members of this board. If insiders are in fact involved, I would consider this the best news yet. This would indicate to me that someone somewhere has enormous confidence in this project to want to throw in another $2 million.

If the lender does exercise their option to accept warrants instead of repayment of the loan, common business sense tells me that they would only do so at the stage that the stock price has increased considerably. Otherwise they would only succeed in further diluting their own personal current holdings.

Use your common sense. On the one hand you state that the news release smells and in the same breath you go on to say that if it's insiders as the lender, they stand to make a fortune. Well, the only way that they can do this is if the share price rockets ( how is this not good for shareholders?), and they then sell stock. In this market they would only be able to dump 20K shares a day before the price plummets, so how long is it going to take them to dump 20 million in order to make their fortune?

You blow hot & cold. In my opinion the stock is way undervalued and presents an ideal investment opportunity, which is why I'm buying and holding.
