I'm sorry. I am in the middle of an appeal myself. Our HMO is awful too. It is denying us the right to go to Stanford (where we could get in within 1 month) and forcing us to go to another facility that can't see us until August. I say if they can't see us for months- that is the same as withholding treatment PLUS the HMO is practicing medicine by making the decision that we can wait. It's been a fun discussion, I agree. But that's ALL I'll agree about missy.
