I have personally been rotating tech money from their table to the OSX table by shorting techs for three or four weeks. Everytime I cover, I look for a laggard in oils or EnP land. I know last week I said I was thru shorting techs, but it was too easy this week. Just missed the cheap KEG, maybe it will retest 8. Good LUck all hdr
