Enterprises Solutions, Inc.'s Trading Status

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 13, 2000--Enterprises Solutions Inc. The suspension has expired and the Company's stock may be quoted by any broker/dealer who has filed a Form 211 in compliance with SEC Rule 15c2-11.

The Company caused its Form 10-KSB to be filed on April 11, 2000 pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933, and is confident that one or more broker/dealers will be filing a Form 211 in the next few days.
