Well Big, not quite yet. The Vix briefly hit 40 today so I expect the whole market to stage a rally soon. It's going to be hard for me to lay off it, but I think it will fail and result in one last down leg - especially in NAZ leaders. I need to see capitulation. CSCO at 40.

KEG, gets a rally to 10, it may be tough going from there. IMO too many get me out even sellers up there. We'll see.
