I'm in the cable business and have also heard through Reliable sources that tci will spend close to $3 bil upgrading all plant to full digital on a significantly more aggressive time table than you mentioned. The question is who will be the manufacturer of the digital actives. tsxx? Stay tuned. Some people I know project $14 - $16 in the relatively near future. Any thoughts? Btw, is the tci news public ? It is my understanding that is not. Haven't seen any news release yet. Still working on dd.
