HG <and the fact that they are eventually always wrong....> LOL -- now bears are stupid bad guys and bulls are the good guys? I see no shame in pointing out that you can get ripped off in the market if you are not careful. And we have definitely been through a period where people were not being very careful. When your mother told you to look both ways before you cross the street, did you think she was secretly hoping you would be hit by a car? "Forward looking" people can be bulls or bears. Forward looking bears have been saying "watch out, you just might lose money if you lose all sense of valuation."
