For the record, "Covert Action Quarterly" was founded
by several former CIA agents who became disgusted with
the actions of the agency during the 1970s (Viet Nam,
and all the other fun little escapades). They formed
the media outlet to let the world know just what kind
of creepy, anti-democratic, violent underworld the CIA
had become during the cold war. Now that the evil
empire has collapsed, they have taken on the position
of giving alternative view points on the effects of
US Foreign Policy, the kind you don't get on 30 second
CNN Wolf Blitzer "CLinton is Groovy" kind of news.

The article you posted was right on the money. What
part of it didn't you agree with???
