OT Techs - BigBull, actually we are in pretty close agreement, but it's possible we rally soon from here and then have a panic sell later to retest these levels a week/month from now.

I don't see CSCO going much below it's 200 dma at 50 even in a panic. Funds will buy the hell out of it.
