PC Quote is working OK here. The pauses you see are I think real pauses, as in indicision. I am seeing them as well. When it gets to areas where more than one technical area comes into play, say, the resolution of a coiling formation and an overhead trendline, I often see it pause before breaking quite fast one way or the other.
